Smile Short barrel magnums Postal Shoot

Since it is dark, cold slow here I have been to the range quite a bit. This gave me the idea to see if anyone is interested in a "postal match" which could have scores posterd to the forum. Since there is nothing new about that I would like to propose the following.
1. All shooting with Short Barrel Magnums and full charge factory ammunition using a bullseye target at 50 ft. Five shots per target submit best score.
2. A "K" Frame with square butt, factory grips and nominal 2" barrel will be the base.
Bonus points.
J-frame with square butt and grips like those on a model 36 +10
J-frame with round butt and wood grips like those on a model 36 +15
J-frame with after market grips. +5
K-frame with square butt and factory wood grips +0
K-frame with square butt and after market grips -5
K-frame with round butt and factory wood grips +5
K-frame with round butt and after market grips +0
N-frame .44 Mag Backpacker 3" bbl as per factory spec +10

Use of Super Vel ammunition for submitted target +25 points
Being to serious and not grinning -25.

Thoughts? Any interest in a postal match?

Merry Christmas

Sounds interesting. The K frame magnums (Models 19 &Mag 66) shortest barrel was 2 1/2", no 2" K frame magnums were made. Why not open it up to include 2 11/2" Pythons, and maybe even Ruger snubbie 357s as well?

two handed seems reasonable, maybe have extra points for one handed? My whole thought is to do something that makes a person grin because you just can't help it.
