How much $$$ do you want to spend?
The Safariland Comp III loaders and the Blade Tech kydex holders are the hot ticket in SSR, but less expensive options are available. For IDPA, most avoid the pouches with closure and use the retention types for speed.

If you're talking about just the belt pouches that hold the speed loaders, I've always had good luck with products from Don Hume,
Search Results : Don Hume Leathergoods, manufactures high quality leather and nylon goods.
but you shouldn't have any trouble finding other holstermakers that have them available. Good luck.
Edit: Oh well, that one has the flap closure that wouldn't work too well for competition.

I use a surplus police speedloader pouch, with the flap cut off. If you have one with a flap that snaps, the snap must be secured as per IDPA rules, slowing your reload. Cut the flap off, "Voila!, No Snap!" and the speedloader is readily available...

Well, yes and no. As an IDPA Match Director, I allow anything that is safe at club matches to encourage participation.
However, at a sanctioned match, an awake equipment inspector would test the modified item:
"Speedloader carrier must:
.....
C. Hold the speedloader with enough tension to allow it to be turned upside down and retained while fully loaded.
D. Either be of open top configuration that holds the speedloader in by tension and covers the full diameter and body of the speedloader OR retain the speedloader with a snap or velcro closure.
