Default Jinks Letter correction request

I recently received my Factory Letter from Mr. Roy Jinks and there appears to be a misprint/typo in it. I have a model 66-2 3 inch from Ashland Shooters Supply that Mr. Jinks confirmed that it is. However, Mr. Jinks stated in his letter it was a model 66-3 and not a 66-2. Mr. Jinks confirmed the gun was shipped in May 1985 from the factory to Ashland. The box with matching serial number to the gun has a spec order date of 5149. I know the 66-2 was manufactured from 1982-1985 and the 66-3 started in 1986. Does anyone have contact information for Mr. Jinks that I could reach him to have this misprint/typo corrected on the factory letter.

Thanks
Pat

I treasure my one letter from Mr. Jinks which was included with a gun in my collection when I bought it...It too contains a typo saying the gun in question was shipped back to the customer before S&W ever received it...I'm told by some that these typos are not uncommon, while others say I should demand a re-type...

I choose to keep it as is because it proves that Roy, despite his amazing and continuing career for S&W, is human after all and susceptible to the same errors as the rest of us mortals...May he continue his service long after I'm gone......Ben
