I mailed in a S&WHF Letter of Authenticity Request the end of November 2022 with a $100 Check and photos for my S & W Model 629-2 Mountain Revolver. The check was cashed in December 2022, but I have received no correspondence to date since January that the timeline was 5 months. It is now going on 6 months, with no Letter or update. I have tried sending emails to the Foundation Email, but it is bouncing back “undeliverable”. I am trying to find out the status of the letter, or if the letter is no longer being performed, how to get my $100 returned. I am looking for anyone who might have any information concerning these letters, and if the S&WHF replies, any info on my particular request. Thank you in advance.
