Incorrect letter
A gun I am interested has a letter that is off by 2,000. Exactly 2,000! What are the chances that the ship date is correct for the pistol I am interested in and not the 1 in the letter?
Great forum
Thanks

I had a letter come that the ship date was off by a year - I had also sent the extra money for copies of the invoice so I knew which date was correct. As soon as I brought this to their attention the error was immediately corrected and a new letter sent.

Send the original, not a copy, to me at P O Box 669, Warren MA 01083, I'll get a new letter out to you.

If it's off by exactly 2,000, my guess is it's a simple typo in the serial number. I would bet all the other information is correct.
