I don't find this knife listed in any of the S&W knife catalogs. I suspect it is one of the 1,000s of sample design knives submitted by vendors to S&W for selection for production, but was never selected. Many of these were submitted by Taylor Cutlery, S&W's licensed maker, and have the S&W logo and name on them, but if they were not selected for production they were sold to various knife dealers and show up at flea markets, discount catalogs, Ebay, etc. at very inexpensive prices compared to the knives selected for production and shown in the S&W knife catalogs.
