Will someone please help this girl find this knife!
Hi everyone, I have been searching online for this knife. I think it is a S&W logo but I am unable to find the model or even name. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. This knife was my boyfriend's that he lost in his motorcycle accident. I am wanting to buy him the same one as a present, but have no idea where to find one. I do realize it may be discontinued but if I could even get a model name that would help so much!

Hello.
The broadest selection of S&W knives can be found on this site. I haven't a clue what the left side of the blade is supposed to look like. Smith & Wesson Spring Assisted Knives for sale - Blade HQ

Most S&W knives were, and are still, made by Taylor Cutlery. Google them and check their web page. If you can find copies of their catalogs since about 2000, and the S&W factory knife catalogs, you will see dozens of their S&W knives with identical blades and different handles. Plus, the arrangement Taylor has with S&W is that they submit 100s of sample knives, with S&W logos, and the factory selects which ones to put in the S&W Knife catalogs. The rest of the samples are returned to Taylor, who them dumps them on the secondary knife markets, like Smokey Mt., , Big 5, etc. , so there's many S&W marked knives out there that are not "official" factory authorized knives. However, your boyfriend may not be that particular and you can find a knife with same blade and a better handle. Good Luck, Ed.

I saw a knife like that. It could have been on Bud K knives, E Bay, or one of the above suggestions. Good Luck.

I bought a pair of what looks to be that knife at Big 5 Sports, a brick and mortar store. I think they retailed at about $30, but they were marked down to 12.95. Decent utilitarian knife for the price, but certainly not high quality. I just liked having the SW logo.

If your boyfriend just liked the logo or that it was a S&W you probably can't go wrong buying any knife that looks close. I'm sure he'll appreciate the thought. Personally, I would rather you plan a date to a store that has a lot of knives and let me pick one out. The thought would be there, just not the same surprise. The difference is that if he originally bought it because of how it fit his hand it would be difficult to replicate unless you were able to find the exact knife or he may be very happy to try something new. Either way, he'll be happy you thought of him.

What a great girlfriend. If your boyfriend recognizes this he'll be moved and greatful for whatever knife you end up getting him. A guy can have lots of different knives but a girlfriend like you is definitely one of a kind.

Looks like the logo could be a S&W, or possibly a Benchmark brand as well.

Are you sure you want to get him another knife? It looks like he's holding that one to your throat!
If that's both of you in the mirror or selfie.

^^^ This. There are heaps of knives of all levels of quality and different blade shapes with the S&W logo. If I was searching I would start at my local Big 5, Turner's... even my local Tractor Supply has a few.

Great girlfriend, no? Awesome of you to look for that. Check the half serrated saber fishing rescue pocket folding knife by S&W. Maybe?

Misplaced my Puma many years ago. I looked everywhere for it. My wife bought an identical one as a present for me. I found the old one next hunting season, but now I have a spare. Meant a lot to me, without saying. You gals are keepers.
