S&W Knife Complete
I found this at the end of summer at a local flea market. I thought it was cool. It's complete.

I own the the same knife, good steel, holds an edge well and is a very practical size. Only down side for me is the "pleather" sheath. I've been trying to find a crafter to make me a LH sheath for it.

Nice knife.
From what some of the old timers have related, the rubber handle knives of the 1980's were made in the Houlton plant.
