Aren't there laws against people who type in all caps and their ability to own guns?

Nice piece.

2-3 look awesome! Is the barrel muzzle behind the holes so it works as a comp?

It doesn't look much bigger (around) than the regular barrel. There must not be much of a gap between the barrel and the 'newest cool'?

STOCK BARREL DIA. IS AROUND .640 IF I RECALL RIGHT.. THAT IS 1" O.D. IT LOOKS THE SAME SIZE BECAUSE ITS ALITTLE LONGER.. ITS AN OPTICAL ILLUSION

I wouldn't mind a real silencer. It's the best thing for taking out zombies.

Personally, I don't care for it, but it looks like you did a nice job on it. I like my "cosmetic upgrades" to at least have some functionality other than adding weight. The only thing I can think of that it would be good for functionality wise is adding some weight to the rifle for bench rest type shooting. The extra weight on the end of the BBL (disproportionate to the rest of the rifle) would screw me up on target transitions, and the balance would feel off (muzzle heavy). My full size AR is a lot heavier than my M&P15-22, but the balance is right, so it still swings well. The only type of unnecessary weight (other than a flash hider/comp) I'll put up with is a suppressor (I can't wait to get a can on this thing).

But my opinion doesn't mean much. If you like it, and it works for you, you're GTG.

well i appreciate the thoughts... but the weight is non exsistant it weights about the same as a m4 metal flash hider the only difference is that its runs along the barrel 5" so all the weight isnt dangling off the end and the flahhider is functional on it... but its mostly for looks ... you might try hanging a piece of somethin off yours the weight better balances the rifle makes it alot easier to hit smaller targets faster... i was at the range the other day and a friend asked me to put the m4 flash hider on it rather than the fake suppressor to see if he could drop a sec or two on his run(tactical range)... but his ability to double tap targets (with any speed at a distance) went away... he said that little bit of weight seems to stabalize the gun and makes it easier to point the weapon and it not float on the target time didnt suffer to much he was about the same speed every run (minus when he tried to make the longer shots count) but the score dropped...he couldnt stay center mass on the longer shots(30+yrds) if he slowed to take the time, it counted against him and if he didnt put both rounds center mass it counted against him after about 5 runs both ways he now shoots it with the can on it.. i shoot with the can also i only dropped 5 sec. double tappin the heads of targets (not center mass)...

LOOOUD NOISES lol jk.

Definitely a look i have never seen before, looks good Belt Fed.

Do you have problems easily acuiring a good sight picture w/o any risers/high rings on your scope tho? I had a setup almost exactly like that with a Redhead red dot scope and really had to get my head down and strain to look through it... Scope was garbage tho and returned it after the first time shooting it. Now have some extra high rings and it seems like a much better fit.

To be honest I havent built much of anything other than personal projects cause everyone slowed way down on the orders. But if there is enough interest Ill order up some more material. And build some of these back up.

The charging latches I keep in stock..

I love it! I would love it even more if you could come up with a Levang type compensator rather than the ported style pictured.
