"Like" isn't exactly what I want to do to your post. I do share your sentiment though.

Sorry for your loss.

I know that I haven't been married long, and I truly appreciate my wife; but she will be getting an extra long embrace tonight in respect of your sentiment. You sound like you know that you were a luck man, and she must have been a luck woman. I hope you get to be with her again someday.

Picked up a used but nice 15-22. Brought it home, cleaned it and took it out back to try. Wife went along to shoot her .38 but tried the 15-22. It's hers now. She likes the light weight, zero recoil and 25 round mag. Have to work on her style but that's okay. It's great she likes it. I have three other .22's that she didn't embrace. The weight was the key selling point to her.

For some reason I can't lie to my wife because I get a stupid grin on my face. But, if my lie is in any way related to an expensive hobby, I get MY POKER FACE ON and she never catches on. If I get caught, I get locked up in the living room for a couple of days...at least I have access to the TV 24/7 when I am punished.
