Picked up my 15-22 a few days ago from US Autoweapons in Scottsdale - 469 out the door for a threaded barrel model - DUA serial prefix. I took it immediately next door to Scottsdale Gun Club to evaluate. The gun feels proper when shooting(minus the stock wobbling, but thats minor). There is a light but crisp kick to it and overall is a blast to shoot =) I have been collecting rounds from wally world as its the cheapest place. I've shot about 1000 rounds through it in the last couple days. 1 and ONLY 1 FTF and thats because my loading technique and was in the first mag. Since then i have NOT had one FTF, FTE, OOB or any other errors. I clean it immediately after using and make sure to reach every nook and cranny then oil with rem oil(ehh) in a very light coat. The first time i cleaned and oiled i used a lil much and it seemed to bog down the action a little as it accumulates alot of residue. Its a blue spring model(idk why on a DUA ive heard people with DTX and non blue spring) but it has yet to present a problem so i really dont mind. I sighted her in and she performs every time. I honestly look forward to each day at the range these things are awesome. I have on order a UTG desert foregrip, outback 2 suppressor, some XTM desert rail guards, an acog clone and am looking for a tan Hogue grip locally but have had no luck and everyone online seems to be out. I went to one of my local gun stores(Bear Arms) and picked up 3 extra mags 25 a piece i know kinda high but they were here now(damn instant gratification). Having extra mags really does help with shooting once youve found a flow or streak and dont want to stop to reload. Overall am veryvery pleased with its performance and fun factor. I also love shooting for so cheap
