Burris P.E.P.R. & Redfield Revolution Report
Got my 3-9X40 Redfield and mount yesterday. Mounted and bore sighted easily. Love the look of the mount, and the light this scope lets through. Beautiful sight picture, clear reticle.
Put 400 rounds down range at @ 25yrds and was getting 1.5" groups of 25 per target on a wobbly rest. I moved the scope a notch forward to increase eye relief to 4", and will sight it in next time on a full rest in the rifle tube.
I'm very happy with the scope and mount. Both are highly recommended. Was nice to actually see the shots hit with my aging eyesight.

I like the PEPR too. Haven't decided what scope to put in it yet so I tossed in a red dot for giggles.

I was out looking at the revolution today. Did you get the Accu-Range or the 4-PLEX RETICLE. I was pricing same today at Cabela's, in fact I looked through all of them. The 50mm had a lot more light coming in, but was a bit more expensive. I'm really pumped to hear someone is using this scope. Did you find a deal online for scope and PEPR? How far forward does it sit? Pics please.

I went with the Accu-range instead of the plex and had to wait a couple weeks for Midway to get them back in. $159 and I didn't bother trying to find it cheaper because Midway is a great company to deal with, close, with fast shipping and awesome customer service. I also decided to a go with a U.S. made scope. I enjoyed their scopes as a kid and am buying American when a viable product is available at an acceptable cost.
Ymmv based on your needs, but I'm very happy with this setup.

I think I am going to do the same reticle but the 50mm. I really liked not needing a coin/tool to adjust the elevation and windage. everything at Midway seems to be a backorder, I have one of there branded cases on backorder, I thought ammo was supposed to be the only thing scarce these days. But waiting is half the fun.

So if you mounted a Trijicon Docter sight on the P.E.P.R would that make it a Docter P.E.P.R ???

The Redfield Revolution scopes seem to be a really good value at their pricepoint. The only negative I've heard is that individual specimens change POI when the magnification changes. That should not be happening and if you get one which exhibits that nasty, it should be returned to the factory for repair/replacement.

No, I told him they were supposedly shipping the part and he said he would call them and see what the deal was. The part just came today in the mail.
I still don't think this DDAB is going to be able to be sighted in, there is just virtually NO elevation adjustment (a function of it's design by the looks of it). We'll see!
