Default sending it back

so after close to a thousand rounds ive finally had to call customer support. after about 4-5 magazines going through it it began stove piping pretty bad. finally one wasn't turned and the bolt slammed it into the reciever about a quarter inch.

once i got ahold of the s&w people it was quick and easy. muc better than when i had to send my xbox back. heres hoping it gets fixed quickly

Mine was doing the same thing so I contacted S&W. They were very prompt and polite and sent the return label via snail mail. That was received in only 3 days. I shipped off the rifle 9 days ago and it just returned back home today!

They replaced all 4 of my older style mags with the newer mags since they were part of the source of the problem. Then of course updated the rifle with the newer springs and extractor and whatever else.

Couldn't have asked for a better transactions. I'll take it out Thursday on my day off and see how it goes.

Thanks S&W for standing behind a great product!
