Thumbs up First Impressions

Got mine today. A pretty much standard model with the 25 round Mag and flash hider.
Rate Box as good. Everything in place, after UPS hell!
Came with the S&W Safety & Instrucion Manual, Kick Brass Logo, Help NRA, Regal Safety Lock, and Warrentry Card.
Liked the looks from the box. No suprises.
Everything works. Did seem too be a lot of cardboard dust on the rifle, so the first thing I did was clean the outside. Broke it down and cleaned and lubed the bolt and barrel.
I took out my Colt AR-15 and layed them side by side. Very close match, functions much the same. If you know your way around a AR, you don't even have to read the manual.
So far I like everything I see.

Ok, now I see why everybody want stuff.

It has a nice sling attachment on the butt. What is a good front attachment for a sling, also a good sling?

I was suprised that the stock held storage! You would think S&W would meation it.

The hand grip is hollow. Is there a cap that allows storage there also?

I don't want this rifle costing me more than my Colt. He suggerted I look at some Airsoft lights, optics, lazers, etc.
Will they hold up? Are they just cheap junk? Or will work OK?
Oh! Boy!
This is going to be a fun rifle.

Too late!

On the upside, you can probably share most accessories between your 15-22 and your Colt if you buy quality stuff.
