Traditional looking Magazines?
Would love to know if anyone makes a traditional looking AR style magazine for the M&P 15-22. The polymer magazines are nice, but would like to find a mag with more of a closed look. I have not been able to find anyone that makes such a product. So if anyone knows if they are out there, That would be awesome. Thanks

The only aftermarket magazine for the 15-22 is a 50 round drum made by bdm sorry. I would love to see one that looks more traditional also.

Yeah, that or a PMAG style from magpul. Everyone that agrees should send an email to Magpul requesting them to bring out that product. If there is enough interest shown. They would have no choice put to put one in manufacture.

There you go I wrote them 1-2 months ago as well as S&W(I recommend doing that too). Forgot exactly what they said, I'll have to see if I didn't delete them. Think they people that responded were going to tell their higher ups.

Think there was a thread a while back. A pretty ingenious fella made a good 3D mockup of a standar mag mod to do what your looking for.

No, it was just a concept. I'm happy with the stock magazines. It would be a fun project for me, nothing else. I threw it out there as one alternative idea for people to think about.
Another alternative would be this. It's called MagBoot:

I don't like the open sides of the factory mags either.

What did you use to have the ACU camp on the mag?
