Spikes Tactical has the best looking (I think) fake can for $40. Slips back over the barrel as not to add any length. For threaded barrels only though. My MP is a early non-threaded barrel or I'd have one on mine.

If you want an authentic licensed fake can, Mad Bull (Airsoft Company) makes a fully licensed GemTech Halo 5.56. It's CNC machined from billet.
Clamps onto any A2 type flash suppressor.

Yep they work well, but they do block the use of the magazine assist device (which I no longer use).
