I've not shot them (interceptors), but have put some Remington Yellow Jackets through mine at an advertised 1500 FPS, albeit with a 33gr bullet. It's the only ammo out of at least a dozen I've tried that has made me raise an eyebrow with 3 stove pipes in 100 rounds (clean bore/bolt prior to loading them). I won't buy them anymore, but only because my rifle doesn't seem to like them and not from worries about hurting my gun.
I really wouldn't worry about the velocity/recoil. It is my personal opinion that the 15-22 will handle them and think nothing of it. Despite polymer comprising much of the body, it's a pretty rugged machine. If the interceptors feed/fire/eject reliable from your personal rifle, I say go for it.
