After many months, finally got my "hall pass" (ATF approval paperwork) for my GemTech Outback IID suppressor.

For the 15-22, a couple of things to note: get the spacer from GemTech, remove the flash hider and the crush washer, then install the spacer. Do not use the crush washer when installing the suppressor (advice from GemTech).

Sounds sorta like an electric stapler when using. Very pleased, just the wait was way too long.

Since the ATF cut it's Auditors down to 10 for the entire U.S.A. it's now the norm for it to take 6 months for NFA approval.

At least the wait is over for you, now it's nothing but fun ahead!

It took six months and two weeks for my tax stamps. I think it must be a really low priority now. These things are a hoot, however, and were worth the wait.
