Assuming you are not in a ban state then yes, the stock will be able to be changed onto a 5.56 or .223 AR15 as long as that AR15 has a Mil-Spec sized lower receiver extension (NOT a commercial sized). If you are in a ban state that requires pinned stocks, then you could still theoretically switch it over but it becomes a more complicated process.
As for accessories that can be interchanged between the 15-22 and a regular AR15 -
1. Any sights - including irons, red dots, scopes, etc. so long as they have picitinny mounts.
2. Most pistol grips will work on either, but there are a few exceptions that cause problems (such as the Magpul MIAD).
3. Forward grips - again, anything with a Picitinny style mount will work.
4. Stocks - anything that fits on a mil-spec buffer tube.
5. Any other accessory that fits on a picitinny rail that you can think of will also work (lasers, etc.)
6. Triggers can be switched between the two
7. Any flash hider/muzzle brake/compensator for a 5.56 will work on the 15-22
I suppose it might have been easier to say what wont switch between the two
1. Handguards since the 15-22 is proprietary and built in (although you can still change this out with some modifications and special parts/tools).
2. Receivers (they are different sizes and the 15-22 is polymer instead of aluminum)
3. Barrels (different round requires different chamber anyway).
4. Safety selector (15-22 is wider so most selectors wont fit right)
5. Trigger guards (15-22s is built in)
6. Lower receiver extension and parts (15-22 is built in)
7. Magpul BAD lever and similar products have some trouble fitting on a 15-22, but can be modified to work. A member here (Juvicator) is working on one specifically for the 15-22 which should be around sometime. Give him some time, I am sure it is hard work.
And I think that about covers it. I will update if I think of anything else.
