just a FYI...S&W 15-22 mags will work in other .22 AR's that use the black-dog mag, but the 15 22 will not accept black dogs...

thanks for the info guys. i just went ahead and ordered 2 S&W ones from 44mag. $41 shipped for the 2, not too bad and everyone raves about the quick shipping and good customer service.

Why would you say that? They cost at least twice as much as real S&W AR15-22 magazines.

What did who say and what cost twice as much??? The black dogs are not compatible and cost $15 and the Smith's cost around $18 to $20 shipped or in retail stores. Just unsure of what you're referring to.

I likes the stainless steel feed on those mags better then the plastic on S & W but it doesn't matter because they don't work with our 15-22.
