Default Help Identify Part

I messed up, and need some help... I was attempting the 1/4" 28TPI x 1/4 set screw trigger creep fix. Was tightening the set screw a bit at a time, turned the gun over to find the dang hole again with the allen wrench.

And out falls this little piece... I have NO clue where it came from...

Any help?
