Tax stamp came today for my SBR, time to get the barrel cut/threaded. Only took 6 months.....

10 inches, front end inspired by yours alot, but longer barrel, maybe a can later.

That's a good question. Are you engraving the actual polymer, or installing an engraved metal plate on the lower? Is it even legal to engrave polymer for an NFA item?

Thats my next hurdle, Im leaning towards a metal tag permanetly affixed somewhere. Not sure how well the polymer will hold engraving.
Nope, the one stamp only covers the SBR part.

I engraved the polymer, you cant do a metal plate then attach it because its not part of the receiver since it could be removed and without being molded in there's no.way to make it permanent. Each class3 item (sbr, sbs, suppressor, destructive device) requires its on stamp and that wonderful $200 to be paid for each one. Honestly I think its worth it, if people can spend all that money on needless NcStar junk when they could have way cooler toys but that's just my opinion.

thanks low, not sure why i keep putting off getting a trust set up. i don't have a suppressor bug, but i want to SBR every rifle and shotgun i own! lol.
