Before anyone starts yes i know the twist rate on the 15-22 isnt correct and they wont stabilize and so on i fully understand this this was mearly to see how they performed for me..

All shots were at 45 yards resting the gun on a railing ( foregrip end cap is opened up so resting it dont effect poi) barrel wasnt "seasoned" for the sss's i loaded 10 and started shooting.. gun was warmed on federal bulk..

These are 2" shoot n see targets

Not to bad.. the 3 shot group target. The flyer was my fault i anticipated the bang amd jerkd a little... my only complaint is there very smokey and the smoke burns my eyes

Now the winchester 37grn 1435 fps varment HE 3/1 segmented ammo.. iv herd good stuff so i wanted to try it...

Target was one of them bulk moist snuff containers you see at gas stations that equal 12cans of dip.. it was half full amd i filled it 3/4 with water and froze it untell it was frozen except for the very center..
Shot landed right where i placed it and the container literally exploded, not like a gatorade bottle where the bullet cracks open the back but exploded into 20+ pieces, the lid landed 15 feet away!! This is by far the most violent 22lr ammo i have ever tried

Nice report. I tried Aguila SSS in my 1522. It cycled and shot well. When the Sun was at the correct angle I could see the bullet travel all the way to the target at 50 yards.

I tried the sniper sub sonics in my old mossberg 702 and it hated them.. it couldnt spit the tiny case out fast enough. So i figures id give them a try on a higher quality gun, and it fed, fired, and spit out the case no problem.

I was hopin it would shoot them well enoigh to use for varmints under 50 yards... but after seeing the explosive result of the varmint HE ammo ill be running them for coons this year
