Out of those pics. I'd chose the UTG, for same prices you can find some red dots off of Gander Mt and Cabelas...I got a barska for $39.99, 42mm red dot.

I just got the second one off EBAY. Hasn't even been used yet, although I did test it with the battery to make sure it works.
I'm going to send it back because the recticle just isn't bright enough for me to use it in the day time. I decided to order the Bushnell TRS - 25 last night from Botach for 79 bucks. It goes to 11.... ( spinal tap reference)

you should have considered the sight mark holographic with four reticle options and seven brightnesses. Mine cost me under 40 bucks a peice both my "tactical" style rifles have the. And they work great.

Best for the money and daylight brightness is the TruGlo Dual red/green reflex sight. Also you don't need to use a riser on an AR unless you have issues getting down low enough. There is a distinct shooting advantage if you mount the red dot as low as possible. I generally mount my reflex red dots directly on the rail as do most speed shooters.

I considered the Sight Marks, but the Bushnell trs 25 has awesome ratings and after checking out Nutnfancys review of it on youtube I had to get one. Plus, how many reticles do you really need? I tested all 4 reticles on the Ebay sight I'm returning and found I preferred the dot. The others were just a waste.

I'm going to use a riser so I can co-witness with my sights.
