J & G called to verify the number of bricks I wanted and my shipping and billing address.
Of course I told them the max limit of 3. I'm new to this whole thing about storing ammo. That takes my stash to 1700 in one fell-swoop.
Hope others did good on that link and get call-backs as well. Posted as soon as I could.

Gunbot is a joke. Quit watching it like a hawk and hit your local shops and Wally World's. I have bought over 17000 rounds since January 4th when I got my 15-22, and haven't paid over 7 cents a round for any of it. Matter of fact, most of it came from Walmart for less than 5 cents a round. Talk to the sporting goods dept manager and find out when they stock ammo, then show up a few minutes before then and get you some.

well...I'm going to look locally everywhere but Walmart... I've been to 7 local walmarts regularly...none have even had shipments of 22lr since mid Jan. I live in SoTX. Had some luck at Dick's Sports, but it's luck of the draw there.

I just got remmington golden 525 from natchez, and as soon as I refreshed they were all out. This is crazy, but glad I finally have something on the way that I can shoot. Good luck to everyone.

I wish I could go back in time and take my hour back because of PSA today. It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't get soooo close. Kept getting processing errors on submit.

I hear you. I was actually on PSA's site when it uploaded and already had the ammo in the cart and was logged in before gunbot beeped. Then it just stopped and I refreshed for over an hour just in the hopes of getting something, but ended up with nothing.
The problem is, I'll bet, that they posted 4 different types of 22 and 2 9mm at the same time. So all the people looking opened them all up in separate tabs. So boom, even only 1000 people on their site equaled at least 7k streams going at once. And I'd honestly be highly surprised if there were anywhere close to as little as 1k trying to get it in teh 8 minutes it was up.

Lost Time
Great Comment!
When you get to be my age @ 65 those lost hours get to be real valuable.
I lost over 2 of those today.
I live about 2 hours away from PSA. If I knew they would still be there I could have driven!

I wish I could. The closest wally world to me is 40 minutes and I work when they put ammo out in the mornings. (being military I can't just call in sick or late) Well at the one that says they get it versus the one that lies and says they haven't gotten it in months cuz the warehouse doesn't have any. Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll be able to get anything from them till it blows over. Until then I have to try the online stuff and the last two times PSA had stuff I got logged in and to the final page of check out and then just got error couldn't complete transactions until it was all sold out woohoo. So please keep posting as you guys find it so I can get some.

I live around plenty of Wal-Marts and other stores like it that usually have a small stock of ammo. I saw some Winchester 40gr for $3.24/box of 50 a couple weeks ago, didn't get any, now it's just not anywhere. There is a local gun store with 325rnd boxes of Mini Mags but they want $58! It's too bad b/c I picked up a nice used Kimber 1911 conversion kit a month ago and haven't even used it.

I have 18 Walmart's with in a 50 mile radius of me. Using their website that I book marked, I have picked up roughly 1000 rounds over the last 6 weeks. The ammo simply isn't making its way to our area in the numbers you are finding.
I've had better luck at my LGS where I've scored 2000+ rounds over the last several weeks.

I have lined up outside my lgs the past 2 Wednesdays before they open. 1 box/caliber limit per person. At least 50 people lined up both times. The first few buy any available ARs the rest buy ammo. Out of 10 or so people I have talked to, every one of them were there for 22lr among others. The ammo has been there both times but probably doesn't last more than a couple of hours. I have a feeling I will have to do this once a month to meet current demand, but when the weather turns I hope it is more readily available.

I kind of made an inside deal with the store manager at Wally World. He wanted a Shield so bad, I was able to help him get one from my local gun store. The deal is he puts three boxes of 22LR and other calibers away everytime they get a shipment in. I know it's cheating and I actually really don't need anymore. So I am helping my friend get some now. I actual have been helping our local shooting range, seeing they can't get any 22LR including 9mm and 40S&W. I know the owner and he said if this keeps up they will only be open a couple times a week or just go under. I hope they are wrong about this lasting until the end of June. Does anyone know where the website Ammo.com really is? They were at our last gun show and he had tons of .22LR, I bought an entire case from him and now I can't find him on the web. Good hunting and if find any sites out there I will post the link.

Same here. I just got back from Walmart w/ another 2 boxes of Fed 9mm 100ct and a box of Winchester .22 555. While waiting for an employee to unlock the cabinet, another fella walked up and asked what I was after. I said .22 and 9. I saw him eye balling that .22 so I let him have the other box We both left happy!
Again, another web site check showing in stock status on both. These inventory checks DO work!

Wally World
I think part of my Wally World issue is also that I'm stuck stationed in California. If anyone already has too much and is willing to continue to pick up at Wally World I'd be glad to buy some .22 and 9mm from them at reasonable pricing.

A local sporting goods store still has several 50ct boxes of Blazer .22LR left, but is limiting purchases to 2 boxes. Wal-Mart also has a handful of the 100ct boxes of CCI MiniMags, so I've just been picking up a couple here and there when I go. Nobody has 9mm FMJ though. The shop I've bought my two M&P pistols from (22 and 9c) said they will be getting in 1000 rounds this week so I will be checking tomorrow!

Went out this morning got to Walmart at 6am they said they sold out at 3am. They are stocking at different times so that everyone gets a chance is what I was told. Wondering when my chance comes.

WalMarts in East TN
So far out of the numerous Walmarts I can get to here in E TN, none have 22lr or much else and say they have not been getting any. I found one local gun store with 100 round packs, but he wants $14. I did better than that ordering from Midway and Luckygunner after shipping. Dick's is about the same. They swear they have none and have not gotten any in. I have even called all the little hardware stores around and the ones that carry ammo are out and cannot get it from their supplier. Working the hours I do, keep me from being able to stand in line or haunt Walmart at 3 am. So hopefully this settles out soon.

Looks like Walmart store #4334—Weaverville, NC has
Federal Ammunition 22LR 40gr Auto Match, 325ct
Model #: AM22 UPC: 0002946505735 in stock right now. Too far for me, but maybe someone else is closer.

I've never shot the Wolf Match, but I have shot a lot of Eley Ten-X and some RWS in my 77/22 over the years. It has the standard barrel (bought in 1985) but the action was worked over by Jim Clark in Shreveport, Louisiana. Given a no wind day, I can generally keep everything close to 1 MOA from the bench.

That's pretty encouraging I love the rifle so far I cant wait to see what its long range accuracy is. I have read good and bad about the rifle but it seems like there have been more reports of good then bad in the accuracy department.
Between the Eley and the RWS which did you prefer?

A really good site I found was dansammo.com yesterday. Scored 5000rds of Fiocchi 40grn 22lr for $352.00 shipped. Ordered yesterday afternoon and it is being shipped today. Awesome guy. It is sold out now, but check it out. They also had 1000rds of Fiocchi 5.56 for like $500.00 too, but gone now.
Just trying to help.

It's been a few years since I was doing that shooting, but if my old memory isn't too senile, Eley was probably a mite better. But again that was close to 15 years ago. Another accurate ammo that I used for NRA Silhouette was Winchester Super Silhouette. Unfortunately it's no longer made. Even in the 80s I was paying ten cents a round. I still have a K of it.
