Rings for P22 or Prostaff 3x9

Hey guys I think I have decided on the p22 or prostaff 3x9 and wondering what rings you nikon users used on the 15-22? Also do I need a riser and if so which one??

I wound up using Weaver 1" Grand Slam Extra High rings on a Weaver QD riser for my P-22.

The Nikon P-22 rings seem nice and are a simple solution.

The Burris PEPR QD seems pretty nice as well for the price.

There's a previous thread around here some where detailing a bunch of the options w/ pics if you go w/ a P-22.

Thanks Sid I did a search but couldn't come up with much. I just put the scope on hold and will pick it up tonight so hopefully they will have the P-22 bases or the M*223 one piece. Doesn't look like bass pro carries the PEPR

I have p223 and m223 rings on my 1522s. Prior to these rings, I used a 1 inch riser with rings for my prostaff rimfire. I like the nikon rings. I +bought the p223 rings for $49. I bought the m223 rings for $79 recently because the p223 rings were out of stock at several places that I checked. Cabelas had the m223 rings in stock so I bought those.

I went with the pro staff 3x9 22lr with bdc reticle and m223 base. Hoping to get it mounted up and send some lead down range tomorrow!
