ProMag shipping out of order.. Official reply!

I posted the other day I would make every effort to contact ProMag about why later orders were getting shipped first.
Received an email today with the following-

"I am very sorry about this issue, as our shipping department has made a mistake. We are well aware of this issue, and plan on shipping out these back orders as soon as we can.

Thanks"

That was it, no estimation of when....

Some "mistake."

Limited inventory... send it to the late orders who are paying the most.

Interesting way to accidentally maximize profit.

I talked with a lady today on the phone. She told me they have not shipped any orders of the 15-22 32rd magazine by mistake. They were going down the list first orders first and she made very clear it was a long list. That is for the 32rd mag 15-22.

Probably the same lady I talked to that hung up on me when I told her that was BS.
