Bamabred beat me to it but my quick google search showed that they do interchange.

I really just wanted to say...pics of the purple pistol grip or it didn't happen!

The should fit. If the stock is mil-spec it should fit as well

No, the stock will not fit. It requires a removable buffer tube, which the 15-22 does not have.

The pistol grip will fit, though.

Why won't the stock fit? Even a commercial one will fit, but may be a little looser then a mil-spec one. The "buffer tube" on the MP-15-22 should accept any standard stock that would go on a regular AR buffer tube, even though its not removable like a real buffer tube.

Or he could do what I did and just paint the stock furniture on my wife's gun

Thanks everyone!!! How about the forward grip. will it come off like a standard quad rail? I own a rock river AR and the wife wants a 22 version. The 15-22 seemed the best deal but don't know how to swap parts on it.

Check out tacticool22.com. You need the barrel nut tool to get down into the quad rail to remove the barrel nut. Then you can remove the quad rail (the front disk pops out easily with the use of a small screwdriver to pry it past some spring steel clips). There are threads here, and videos on YouTube, on how to do all of this. Be careful removing the grip due to springs. It is not hard to do any of this -- just follow the advice from a number of good sources here. You can get the quad rail, grip, and buttstock off so you could paint them as Hanzerik did.

This what I wanted to get for her 15-22

Will it all fit??

The stock looks to be a commercial stock. Your 15/22 is meant to accept mil spec stocks. So that's a no go. As mentioned by others, you will need to change the barrel nut to instal the hand guard. I think you would be better off doing some painting yourself.
