A barrel vise insert, yes. But not a lower receiver vise block. Thanks
I think XtremeBen was working on one for displaying the 15-22. Could maybe be used for cleaning as well...? I wouldn't use it for performing any real work on it, too much of a chance to tweak the receiver.

Squirrel Daddy's M&P 15-22 vice block works great. I've had it for a few years and use it every time I clean.
Lower vise block M&P 15-22 White
Been using a Magpul Bev Block, which can be used for uppers as well as lowers. Think I got the thing from Brownell's, but a Google search shows it's available from a lot of sources.

Don’t depend on a vise block to support the upper when doing barrel or muzzle device work. The best is a barrel vise if there is room to use it, pistol for example doesn’t have room. For those, Taticool produces a reaction bar that holds the barrel without stressing the upper receiver.
