winchester 22 sub sonic ammo
I have had my 15-22 for a few months now, and have found it eats any ammo I have fed it with no problems. due to the shortage of 22 ammo in my area I could only find the Winchester sub sonic and bought a brick. I searched this forum to see if I just wasted my money on some ammo that wont function in the 15-22....any one use this stuff...I cant get to the range for a couple weeks to try it, but this was all that was available.

It should work, as the published velocity is over 1,000 fps. Calling it sub-sonic, though, is marketing hype. It's the same velocity as any standard velocity ammo and just as loud in non-suppressed firearms.
Have fun!

I use CCI subsonic HP as often as possible for hunting. Works great and very accurate without spending the extra money for match ammo.
I would expect your experience with the Winchester subsonic to be similar.
Good luck. Quit postin' and go shootin'.

It is probably sub-sonic from a pistol. Maybe.

Should work just fine.
The only difference you'd notice would be when using a suppressor.
