Default 3 questions for you

First off I wanna say how much I enjoy my rifle. Since I purchased it I haven't even pulled the full size big brother out of the safe.

I'm to the point now where I really wanna start customizing the weapon and make it one of the best I own. I have my first suppressor ordered and am currently waiting for it to come into my dealer on a form 3. Here's my questions:

Will subsonic ammo cycle the weapon? Is there a brand you prefer?

I would like to put a after market trigger in such as a Timney or the new 3MR. Is the lower capable of accepting a milspec trigger? If not what are my options?

Is the AR ambi-safety straight off the shelf going to work? Or do I need the special one sold by Simple Solutions?

OK that's more than 3
