WOW, that really is a good price guys. I just done the Math on my MOE in UK works out at $1250. I must say, after some light warm ups with it (500RDS) I do think it was likely the most fun I have had with a .22 for a long time. Just a shame I had to pay such a premium. Over all very impressed with it and really cant wait for my boy to reach an age where I can take him out and start teaching him how to use it safely. He only 4 ATM.

Default moe 15-22 a rip-off

Wel hello shooters in the USA and the UK the price of the moe 15--22 is a little lower in the Netherlands than the UK, i payed 960 dollar for my 15-22 i put in a jp trigger 25 dollar, now its working fine for me.When i see the prices in the USA i get sick the are so low!!!,and you ar shooting with your kids,no go in the Netherlands only airguns under 18 year, and we need a permid (after one year being a member of a shooting club you can get a permit,(for smal caliber),after 2 years the real thing,no problem with ammo here, the only thing is gun powder.hard to get for the reloaders.

I keep seeing this thread and think "rip off" is a bit much.To me they're just not cost effective. What the MOE version has is just bling I don't have a use for or want to pay for. For me the threaded barrel base model was most attractive.

For me its a steal. I want my 15-22 set up like my Daniel Defense. At current Rifle Gear prices I got $166 worth of stuff for the $80 up charge over the standard model. Add another 40 or 50 bucks for a QD sling mount that clamps over the buffer tube that I don't have to buy. Ive added the NDZ BAD thingy, put on a Magpul vertical grip and an RSA. Ordered a Vortex Sparc too. This thing should run exactly like its big brother in the dark.

I got mine at Academy for ~$500.00 and I'm really happy with it. As others have said, I also want my 15-22 to look like its big brothers, my Colt 6920 and the Bushmaster C15.
