I think bazooka bros make an AM180 drum adapter. I could be wrong but the last I heard they had a prototype.
I had an AR conversion for my SU22.
=275 round drum of happiness. There are three different size drums iirc.
Costly but worked well. Felt strange having the rifle torque because of the sideways rotating drum.
I have a couple of the 50 round BD Drum mags that work great, and I got them cheap when Midway had them marked at a very low price. Another Forum member started a thread to let others know about the deal. I was fortunate to get mine before Midway ran out.
