Hammer in 15-22 PC
So, today finally, I found some time to go to the range.
After maybe 35rounds:
What to do now?
Send it for service?
Can I replace it with another AR trigger?

Call S&W service and they will send you a pre-paid label to get it back in service. (look like a heat treating problem from the fracture)
As far as replacing it with another AR trigger absolutely yes. My PC FCG hasn't broke, but I replaced it with a CMC 3.5 with the straight trigger. Best replacement I every made and I find I shoot better with it.

Agreed, S&W will take care of you, but if you are looking for just a hammer remember the PC model has a 2 stage trigger, I'm not sure if the hammer from a single stage will work. Now you can drop in a CMC, or any other "ar15" small pin trigger into any 15-22... but the 2 stage PC trigger is decent, I ended up using lighter springs from JP to lighten the pull and that helps.
Hope they get you back up quickly.

Well, I have ordered CMC 2-stage trigger (91504). I hope it will be nice upgrade.
I can do basic gunsmithing myself, and I will not have to send whole rifle and wait who knows how long for the service repair.
Thanks for the advice.

You will need the specific trigger and hammer pins for the 15-22 that both CMC or KNS make. The OEM pins that come with the rifle will not work. (they walk out)
I've used both and no issues with either. CMC send me a set free because the pins the came with the unit were for standard AR15's and they are a wee bit too short.

I used the factory pins when I switched to my Geissele and I haven't had an issue with them.
My advice is that most people stick with factory pins and unless you have an issue with the pins walking (which admittedly can happen) then the anti-walk pins are redundant, unless you like the looks of course which I'm fond of myself.

The stock PC trigger is a RRA NM trigger, the RRA Varmint version is a lighter pull and available new on ebay for $85.shipped. I went with an SSA-E and the longer trigger pins, since I use this Geissele FCG in all my PBs.

Agreed when using Giessele's stuff. The pins are captured in the same manner as the stock triggers. CMC triggers don't have any way of capturing the pins so anti rotation pins of some type must be used. Since the lower receiver is wider on the 15-22, you have to get the specific length pins for it. PITA but it's doable.
