m/p 15 22 ammo
Will CCI standard velocity round nose (1070) stuff work in my 15-22! I know it won't cycle my browning 19 11 22!

Works in mine, but you won't know for certain until you try it for yourself.

Works in mine all the time.
Less accurate than the stingers though.

Works in mine just fine, with or without the suppressor. Pretty darn accurate for me.

Mine was chewing through anything I’ve been throwing to it. Well, I didn’t do any Colibris but standard velocity, high velocity worked just fine both with and w/o the can.

For the first thousand rounds or so mine wouldn’t run with standard velocity. After that period of break in, it has run standard velocity fine.
I am somewhat shocked by someone’s comment they found stingers more accurate. Hyper velocity ammo has a well deserved reputation for being less accurate than standard velocity

I've used the CCI 21gr. polymer super, duper velocity stuff without any accuracy problem. But it's not much suited for beyond 65m or so.

100% agree. Not only that, but Stingers have a tad longer case than standard & hv 22lr and will not chamber correctly in some target (Benz, etc.) chambered 22lr rifles.
My 15-22 functions perfectly and spits out everything I've fed it including sub-sonic ammo. I haven't tried Stingers, but I never use that stuff anyway. HiVel/LR ammo does everything I need it to do. I see no benefit in running hyper vel 22lr ammo.

Shot my ar15 22 for the first time and every other shot would not eject the casing. 1200 fps. Someone suggested high velocity. What is considered HV? Or do I just need to lube it up a little?

Clean and lube it before the first firing. I use grease on all my guns EXCEPT 22s which get oil. I’ve run HV and SV thru my 15-22s (rifle and pistol) without any hiccups.

I have so many different brands of 22's from working in an indoor range that I load my mags from dropped ammo. My 15-22 eats them all.

Take the upper off and make sure the ejector is up as close to the bolt as possible. Mine needed to be bent a tiny bit to get it in the right spot to eject reliably. I measured as I went slowly so I didn't snap it off - It was a few months ago but I think I only moved it a few hundredths of an inch.
