Default Looks like I've found a new home. Completely impressed!

Hey guys,

I'm a Glock, CZ and Kahr guy who just took my first ever S&W auto pistol to the range tonight. It's a M&P40c Fired 100 rounds WWB 165g and Speer Gold Dot 180g and I've just gotta say....Wow, I've finally found THE gun for me. From the trigger to the ergoes and the GREAT shootability to the good looks. There's no looking back! Already planning to pick up a M&P40 full sized next.
Anybody wanna buy some Glocks, CZs or Kahrs at a great price?

I've been seriously thinking about adding the CZ 75 to go along to the range with my 5904 & body guard. I've heard nothing but good things about that gun. Just picked up my wife the U22 and it is sweet, but now I have to wait till next month. I think I'm gonna go with the SD9mm since people seem to like it very much. I'll own a G17 one day but when the kids are gone, too much money right now (same for me and the M&P) and I bet I can out shoot it with my 5904!

What he said! And just in case, hang on to the Glocks, Kahr's.
If you've truly found a new home with S&W, you can always use 'em for trading stock. Glad you're here, TACC1.

Thanks alot, good to be here. Just one concern with the M&P40c and I'm not even sure it's a legit concern but....have you ever inadvertently had the magazine released while carrying? The mag release button is a good size but I do notice it's kinda angled a little perhaps to make accidental mag release while carrying unlikely. Which IWB holster do you recommend for a M&Pc?

My first S&W plastic gun was the S&W99 (Walther P99 clone) and I was very impressed by it's ergonomiucs. I still use that gun but have also purchased the M&P9:Pro nd full size M&P45. For me the S&W M&P's fit as ell as my CZ-75 and I prfere theitriggers to either my CZ-75 or my Glocks.

You should shoot one with the pro trigger in it

No doubt! I hear they're sweeeeet. I wouldn't want the trigger any lighter in a carry gun (M&P40c) and I just ordered the M&P40 full sized! I caught the M&P bug! Competition shooters hold the M&P Pro Series in high regard, I know that...

I have 3 M&P's and 4 CZ's and wouldn't sell or trade any of them for one another. Great guns in ALL regards. Glad you like your M&P!

Yeah, I'm starting to come to my senses...only exception, the G23 might be replaced by the M&P40c and/or the M&P40. The CZ 75B Stainless, CZ 75B SA and CZ SP-01 Shadow will all stay as well as the G17 and G21SF.
