Shield back from SW Customer Servive
Got my 9 mm Shield back today from S&W Customer Service with new Sights, new Extractor and new Barrel.
Happy Camper here.
Put 100 quick rounds through it and all worked perfectly plus POA now Equal POI instead of being 6 inches low and left with FTE every few rounds.
Happy that SW fixed it all but wish they would've gotten it right to start with.

Unfortunately mass produced items sometimes get funky in the middle of the run. It happens, thankfully S&W still has one of the best CS departments in the business. I am Happy they fixed you up!! Enjoy your Shield!!
