Default Hogue Handall Grips

Has anyone tried the new hybrid Handall Grips from Hogue for the M&P9? I understand that they replace the factory back strap and attach to the gun. A call to Hogue confirmed this, but the lady didn't know exactly how the worked. I would like to hear from some one that is using this grip on how it attaches and what size it is compared to the factory back straps, and how you like them. I find the factory grip just a tad on the slippery side. Thank you.

Doesn't appear to be that way but I could be wrong.

Yes, I agree they look like just the slip on type, but like I said, the lady confirmed with their tech dept. that they do indeed attach. How? I don't know. He's on third.

The Houge image above is correct. The #17400 hybrid grip replaces the factory backstrap and has the same tab inside to keep it locked in place. The grip does not move around at all once installed. Only fits The full size frame. May be a bit much for smaller hands. Ill never shoot mine without it again.

I run Hogue slabs on my single stacks, and have a Hogue Handle Jr on my .380 Bodyguard, but, for M&Ps, I just put a little piece of grip tape on the front strap.
