Default Took my FS .40/.357 to the range today!

I took my Full size .40 as well as a full size .357 barrel (factory barrel) to the range. As soon as I got to my lane I broke the gun down and took out the .40 barrel and put the .357 barrel into the frame reinserted the recoil spring and put the weapon back together and proceeded to load all three magazines with .357SIG ammunition.

I stuck a target out at about 15' and out of the first 30 rounds 21 of them were in the red bullseye ring with one hit direct center of the X, there were a few strays to the left but they were quite close to the red bullseye ring all shots out of 50 were kill shots, I love the accuracy of this gun and its recoils while snappy just like the 40 it is not as pronounced as the 40.

Happy with the results I broke the gun down and put the 40 barrel back in and shoot another 50 rounds of 180 WWB FMJ through the weapon. Out of all 50 rounds I only had about 23 in the red bullseye ring again with a few again quite close to the red ring, still need to do some work with my trigger and remember to take my time sometime I just pull the trigger way to fast and I did take about 20 shots at 30' (it's a 30' range) so all in all I am quite pleased especially with the .357 barrel and how well it shot right outta the box!

Which 357 sig ammo did you use?? I took my new M&P 357 to the range this past weekend with two boxes of the WWB. Had one round not fire, and two jam. While 3 out of 100 isnt a huge percentage, I was really disappointed. The wife and I have put at least 600 rounds each through our 40 and 9 using the WWB, and never had a problem...

I am pretty certain it was WWB which is what Wal mart as well as Academy Sports sells!
