Default M&P 40c Mag extension
So, with my 40c I received 2 mags. One with a pinky extension and one that is flush.

Where can I get the parts to make the flush mag like the one with the extension?

S&W. If you call them, they may send you a free extension for your flush magazine. I know someone else called them and they sent one to him for free... can't remember who, but someone on this forum.
