Merry Christmas!! My Shield 9mm came a month early.

I envy those who got below list prices on their Shields, but the truth is, even though I paid a premium, I am glad to be on the receiving end of this transaction, and I can always look up GunBroker or GunsAmerica to see Shields being bought at much higher prices than I paid, and that's some consolation. Also, I remember all the months feeling like a grubby kid with his nose pressed up against the store window, watching the chosen ones buying their Shields, wishing it could be me.

Now, I guess there's someone reading this wishing they had made an offer. Well, I'm here to tell you, hang in there. There will be an opportunity for you. Just be ready to move.

Forget what you paid. Avoid eating one meal at a restaurant and you have recovered all the price difference. Enjoy your gun, it's a great one.
