Apex M&P Polymer Trigger
Apex has been working on a polymer trigger for the M&P FS. Found a sneak preview at modernserviceweapons.com showing prototype installed on an M&P 9. The article is dated March 30, 2013 so maybe production is getting close.

Looks nice, but I'll stick with my aluminum one.

I like the idea of the rounded edge, my main reason for going to the apex trigger was the two piece design of the stock trigger, I just don't like having unnecessary extra hinge points that can cause issues and many people report the hinge pins will work loose on some guns.
I may remove my apex trigger and round the edges on it to match the look of the polymers. been wanting to paint the trigger bar so it doesn't stand out since they left that huge open slot on one side. amazing they couldn't find a way to make it so they don't leave that channel open.
hopefully being polymer the new triggers will be in the under $30 range price point

I got tired of waiting on this, so I finally broke doen and bought the metal one. I'm glad I did, but hopefully the plastic one comes out soon at a pricepoint to make it more appealing to the masses.

I actually like the aluminum trigger that came with the Forward Set Sear kit. The stock trigger was too hooked for my finger. The bottom of it would bite into the tip of my trigger finger on controlled pairs.
The new polymer trigger looks nice, but I don't think I'll replace the aluminum one. I wonder if it will be offered by itself or only as part of a kit.

I don't see why they wouldn't, the aluminum one is offered by itself too.

I agree but the square edge on the trigger isn't my favorite and I wish they had just "taken the edge off of it" so it feels smoother

A little sand paper will resolve that issue.
