The perfect fit holster

Desantis The Nemesis N38BJE1Z0 $21

Don't let the
Glock 26/27 concern you this pocket holster will fit your Shield like a glove

IWB. Galco C129L. STO286. $26

Fit for Glock 26/27

This IWB holster fits the Shield better than the Desantis Soft TUC made for the Shield.(I know I purchased one just to return it.)

I carry my shield. The stock trigger was gritty and way stiffer then advertised. I had to do a trigger job. Now she is smooth as butter. Other then that I love it. It carries nice. The stock sights are very sharp and can dig into you.

I wear cargo pants and cargo shorts so I have plenty of pocket room. I carry my Shield 9mm in a Blackhawk #4 pocket holster.

Congratulations! I pocket carry with a Sticky MD-2. It also works as an IWB. Bought it from Amazon for $25.

Fits fine in cargo pants, khakis and baggy jeans, but it is a pocket FULL in pants that are tight fitting. Use the Sticky for IWB with those.

Holsters can be a personal choice, however spend enough that the material is ridged enough that you cannot make contact with the trigger while holstered.

My first holster purchase a couple years back was a $12 Uncle Mikes #4 and the fabric was about the thickness of blue jeans. Needless to say with some effort I could make contact with the trigger while the weapon was holstered.

I really like the quality of Desantis and for just a few more bucks I own a pocket holster that you cannot make contact with the trigger while holstered and the stitching and fabric looks great after more than one year of pocket packing my Shield.

One last point make sure what ever holster you choose the entire trigger is completely covered yet there is enough room between the grip and trigger guard that you can grip the weapon to draw.

If you look at my picture from my first post the Desantis allows my fingers easy access to the grip yet the holster covers the entire trigger guard. That is the fit you want

P.S. If you live in a humid climate and sweat is an issue I would rule out a leather holster IWB or pocket. The acid from your sweat overtime can remove the finish.
