I don't think the actual break is any different, crisper, etc. The major difference is the reset is tactile, you can feel it. Sound has no benefit in an outdoor environment, and especially in shooting surroundings. But being able to feel the reset, and not guess if the trigger has reset, is important. On the older style triggers, you have to almost fully release the trigger, to be sure of reset. On the new trigger, you stop releasing when you feel the reset. The feel is the trigger jumps about 1/32 inch, at reset. This allows for faster, smoother follow up shots.
