Please correct me or inform me
I am new to shooting just so you know a little about me, I have a S&W M&P 22, when I see options for a full size M&M would those options apply to the M&P 22.

No as these are not similar guns, just both use M&P branding.

The M&P 22 basicly is the same size as a full size M&P 9/40 with the medium grip insert and a thumb safety. Other than that there is very little the same, the 22 is hammer fired and more like a Walther P22 on the inside.

Of course I assume you meant M&P.
What "options" are you referring to?
