Default Shield sear disconnect

Purchased a Shield in October, ran about 100-150 rounds through it, at the time I was pleased with the results, however, broke the weapon down as stated in the manual and the sear disconnect fell out. Sent it to S&W, got it back in 3 weeks, went to break it down last night to Frog Lube it and guess what? There goes the disconnect again! Come on S&W, this design needs to be changed, I realize I can pull the trigger to release the slide but as you know it's tough on the striker and a fatality waiting to happen! I smell a recall. I am not interested in sending it back again as it took nothing to break loose and I'm convinced it will happen again. I have 3 other non poly Smiths but have no interest in any other Smith products at this point, off to Sig!
