Anyone have any experience with KKM Precision?
Looks like a quality outfit and their engineering method for boring the barrels seems innovative.
From a purely cosmetic view, a "bull" barrel would fill the hole better that some have commented about.

I have a KKM barrel in my Pro Core 9, Not sure what you're referring to when you say "bull barrel" externally it's identical to the stock barrel. The only cosmetic difference is that it's not black (though I think that is an option).

The barrel thickness appears to be heavier in the pictures on the web site. I assumed (oops) that it was similar to the heavy barrels used on many target rifles. Silly me.
A couple of the guys at the club I shoot at have them and swear by their accuracy and the disappearance of ruptured cases.
I ordered one for my 40c but haven't received it yet.
Sounds as though you're happy with it?

One other thing

I noticed in the FAQs that someone asked if they also have black and they said no.

It's worked great for me, I've got around 10K rounds through it. Sorry about the black, I thought they did, must be thinking of the "other" barrel company. ;)

I have a conversion barrel, 40-9mm. Works great, I just took the 40 out and but the 9mm in loaded a 9mm magazine and shot. Accuracy was fine for close range. I havn't had a chance to try it at my usual range which offers a long distance due to maintance.

KKM Barrel.....

This Glock 21 rig has one. No problems of any kind after 8 years. Outstanding accuracy. They are recommended by SWR for use with their cans.

Thanks guys
I'll write a full report once I've had a chance to send some rounds downrange.
I was also thinking of the 9mm conversion barrel, but the mags don't seem easy to come by lately.

I live just a few miles from the KKM operation, and bought one of their barrels for a Glock 34. Sadly, plated bullets that perform great in several other pistols (and won me a California championship last year) offered nine inch groups at 25 yards with the KKM. I went back to their shop, with a test target in hand, and they said that their barrel wasn't "broken in yet".

Yeah.

I've fired it some more, and it's still worthless.

Ouch

That's not good. From either a performance or CS point of view. I'll let you know if I have better luck and sorry about your experience.

KKM Highly Recommended Barrel

I also have the .40-9mm conversion threaded barrel and I couldn't be happier with it. My only gripe is that it didn't come with a thread protector. I had originally bought the "other" barrel brand and had nothing but problems, returned it got the KKM and never looked back. Been a great barrel, excelling reliability and great accuracy. At first I was a little hesitant because of the slower twist rate of 1:24 but it shoots fine.
