Default Cast Lead for M&P45

Anybody out there shooting cast lead bullets in their M&P? I was looking to reload them as a lower cost alternative for basic range shooting. Just looking for opinions. Pros/cons? Thanks!

I've put at least 1K hard cast rounds through my M&P 45 with no issues.

That is about all my M&P .45 has seen. Just more gunk to clean up afterward but can be very accurate & economical to a point. I have used 230 gr. RN & 200 gr. SWC. A lot more fun outside than inside. I shoot matches with them because there are no prizes so the slightly distracting smoke is not a problem.

Shot a few thousand 200 grain SWCs in a full and mid-sized using WST. No feeding problems ever. No gripes with accuracy.
