Default M&P 22 takedown lever

It just falls out when disassembling. Did it the first time I I took it apart. I've read where some were very tight but can't find any information of what to do when too lose. I hate to send it in so if there's another option I'd like to hear it.

Thanks.

Does it function properly when fired? Does it lock into place when firing? How much rotation of the takedown do you get before out falls out?

Mind used to be real tight, now it is loose... A dab of grease helps it sick in there. As long as it locks down it isn't really a problem.

Functions flawlessly. I rotate to six o'clock.

I'll try a little grease and hope it helps.

Mine falls out too after disassembly but functions normally once the slide is reinstalled. It doesn't bother me a bit. Actually it makes cleaning a little bit easier.
