Not yet on the FDE. You can find a barrel for the shield on fleBay. Be prepared to pay as much as a new shield. I've seen them go as high as $275.00+.S&W used to sell them to the public, but not anymore.

Like AR-Getsome wrote... Basically 'No' to both (at this time).
If an FDE factory version were available, it would be listed on the S&W Shield page, with all the other variants. That would be the best place to periodically check. Of course, you could find someone to do an aftermarket Cerakote job for you.

S&W stopped selling the Factory 9mm barrel well over a year ago. They won't sell to Dealers, to Armorers, to 'End Users' (you or me), to anyone. Most of those who were able to get a barrel before S&W stopped selling them are keeping them and those that ARE willing to sell, as AR-G wrote, want an arm and a leg for them.

SO far, a couple aftermarket makers SAY they're working on an aftermarket barrel , but they've been saying that for three years now. My guess is that not enough people have emailed them, saying they want one, in order to make them profitable.

And... As far as I know... Nobody has even considered a .357Sig barrel for the Shield.

I wonder if Midway USA will ever get any Shield Barrels to sell. I was able yo purchase a FS 9 and 9C barrel recently from Midway.

Interesting because I have seen a photo of a FDE version looked to me it was from shot show thinking I will call smith today and ask. Bummer on the barrels might make me not buy one now I thought that would be a simple change out.

Thanks
